Rooms are deep cleaned and disinfected between each stay. Air purifiers operate in each room for your safety. Once your room is cleaned and ready for you the room is locked and remain your “bubble” for the duration of your stay.
Breakfast is served in the dining room where we have socially distanced tables. A table is allocated to you for the duration of your stay.
In addition to our normal cleaning procedures, the main entrance, door handles, handrails and other key touch points are being sanitised and disinfected frequently.
Guest rooms are receiving additional cleaning upon departure paying particular attention to touch points. We have added hand sanitiser to our public areas and all guest rooms.
If you are staying more than one night, housekeeping will not take place to ensure your “bubble” is not compromised. If you require anything, we are more than happy to provide, for example tea, coffee milk etc. just fill in your replenishment form with your requirements and leave outside your room.
Guests not complying with the COVID-19 rules and regulations will be asked to leave immediately, and would be considered as a breach of contract.
